If I could give this review no stars I would. I called the technician because the refrigerator was leaking water. The technician came out and looked under refrigerator. He didn’t pull it out from wall to look at it from the back. He was there less than 1/2 hour and said he couldn’t find a leak or any sign of one. He charged me $119.00 and left. Within an hour the water was pouring from under the refrigerator. I called him back and got no answer so I left a message. He didn’t return my call. Called again the next day and left... read more
Very friendly . kept us up to date on the repair. Answered all my wife’s questions
unfortunately my warranty just went out faulty part leaked my freon and I need a new compressor and the cost is 969.00 for part cheaper to get a new frig. Lowe's has scrappy appliances my stove I bought had nothing in it caught on fire. don't recommend lowes
