Mr. Fletcher was knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. I would use him again.
I had 2 different techs come out to repair my stove. The first gentleman came out to troubleshoot & order parts & the second did the repair. Both men were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They shared all the information with me so I understood the problem and I was very pleased with the prompt service.
Cortez diagnosed the problem and made sure Electrolux has a proper record. Could not find a new motor for.my one year old washer.
Cortez has exceptional customer relations. Very professional and knowledgeable. The problem here is this range has been unusable since October 2024. Many parts have been replaced by several techs. Now we're into a " no longer available" parts situation. Cortez says they want to replace 3 parts with "refurbished" ? parts. This has dragged on far too long (7 months) without a range. For whatever reason it's unfixable. I want the range replaced per my contract agreement.
