He was prompt, courteous and honest. Even though he could not fix my oven he was honest to let me know this.
They were to come check refrigerator again for 4 or 5 time and never called nor did he show up but commented that I declined services. How did I declined services if I never saw him, this has been an on going problem for six months
The technician arrived promptly at 8 in the morning. He was professional and very polote! He got the oven fixed and cleaned everything up before leaving.
