Donnie was right on time, polite and professional. He was honest about the diagnosis and his recommendation on further repairs.
Jerome was very knowledgeable and gave me a good overview of what was happening with our a/c. Although it was not repaired—due to a company policy on repairman not going into attic.
Donnie was a great technician very professional people, friendly. He knew what he was doing. We were very impressed how he kept us informed what time he would arrive at our home. He deserve more than a 5 star, let’s go 20.
