Tech came out and basically told me I do not have a leak and the warm temperature in my home is because I needed to clean my AC coils before he can tell me anything else. It has since been cleaned and it’s still warm in my home. Need better service than this.
Jerome was fantastic!!! On time, polite, friendly and got the job done. He evaluated the issue, ran to get the part located about 25 mins away to fix the AC unit, and completed the job in just a few hours time. He worked until 7pm! I offered him gaterade and water bc of the hot Louisiana weather. Great service!
Roman did an excellent job and did it quickly, But after he left we couldn’t figure out how to get the water to come back on. Guess I will have to call Monday.
