Impossible to schedule an appointment with the AI bot. It keeps telling me there is no one available in my area when I am in the city of Watertown. When prompted to speak with a live person the AI says it's AI only and there are no live people to assist me. Complete waste of time.

Wow. Tech was great. Ihad 2 weeks of no shows . No notice just dont show up . 24 hours after tech replaced new part NOT 1 ice cube. Am requesting $ i paid up front and you can have your part back. Thank you for wasting 5 weeks in a row for nothing?
