Wow. Tech was great. Ihad 2 weeks of no shows . No notice just dont show up . 24 hours after tech replaced new part NOT 1 ice cube. Am requesting $ i paid up front and you can have your part back. Thank you for wasting 5 weeks in a row for nothing?
It took 5 visits for my ice maker to be repaired. All together, across 5 visits, I sat at home for about 25 hours, completely unacceptable, and I still don’t know if the ice maker has been repaired! The only reason this got 2 stars is that Joshua is such a nice guy, but it’s unacceptable that I spent so much time waiting for him to come, and to identify the problem, and I still don’t know if it works.
Called them for a washing machine repair in March. They couldn't fix the machine. I am still waiting for a $300 plus refund 2 months, many phone calls, and a complaint to the better business bureau later. Try to call them and reach a real person always takes hours and they say your request has been forwarded, then escalated. Then still nothing. Someone please get in touch with your customers!
