Tech did a good job.
The appointment for dryer repairs have been rescheduled twice but no reason has been given. No technician had called to confirm the arrival time or scheduled appointment. When called the Sears number, you only can chat with the robot and gave no specific answer! Repairs cost has been paid in advance but I have been waited for almost two months and yet not repaired!! This is horrible service!
Asked if he could urinate in my yard and left without informing if repair was complete. Is repair complete???
