Overall a very poor experience. Although the repair tech was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable it took 6 appointments over a period of a month and a half to finally determine that we needed a new refrigerator. I would like a rep from customer service to contact me to discuss getting some monies back. Trying to speak to a live person at Sears Repair is near impossible.
Cornelius was professional, efficient, and cleaned up very nicely. The washer is good to go now, after months of rescheduling! thank you!
