Very straightforward and professional
Mark was honest and efficient!
Mark has been marvelous. He did a great job in repairing my washing machine. A very nice person too.
Repairman never came to my door. Did not provide details of the repair and left without advising if the service was complete. This was on my split service AC unit. I’ve waited 2 weeks for the repair and nothing but a receipt for completed work I cannot verify. Very poor communication and customer service. I tried calling the number provided but I cannot talk to a live person.
