Called them out to fix a cooling issue on one refrigerator due to a broken evaporator fan and a broken waterline on another. Came out and quoted $680 to replace a small evaporator fan on the first unit ($150 for parts + $450 for labor + tax/fees). I bought the part for $16 on Amazon and replaced it in 15 minutes. Don't think they want to do repairs, just charge their $128 service call fee and leave.
