Jeffrey was excellent. He was able to communicate the work being done and explain his attention to detail.
Although the refrigerator was hopefully repaired, time will tell. He was a bit rude, didn’t introduce himself. “Demanded” I sign a wavier in case any thing was damaged or he was leaving. Broke the corner off a plastic shelf he removed then denied doing it until I showed him the shelf and piece that broke off. Told me it would be fine. I told him I paid too much for my week old fridge to already have broken parts. He did find a water line to the ice maker that wasn’t connected and reconnected it.
