Dishwasher repair was quick and thorough. Repairman was professional and experienced.
Great service. Junny is friendly & efficient.
Junny was great. He was worth the wait. Though I hope the service scheduling is improved so the wait times don't keep changing. Especially, if you are scheduled for later in the day.
Fast service
Kenneth fixed my washer. Very professional. I have used sears for over 25 yrs but it is disappointing that now it always takes 2 appts before it can be fixed. Plus most of the time I have to take off from work because Saturday appts are always booked. Don't like the virtual persons, very frustrating when you want answers & can't a live person, virtual is no help.
