Terrific service by Cornelius. Too bad it took 4 months to get an honored appointment.
I would give negative stars if I could! The absolute WORST service ever!!! Waiting for 4 months for my dryer to be fixed with multiple no shows from service team (if I had a 9-5 job I would be fired taking off for no reason). When it gets fixed they see I bought a new dryer, in the process of my dryer being fixed the switched my old dryer around with my new one and left everything a mess, moved my washer out of place stretching the power cord and water line, dryer not even touching the side of washer, dropped an extension co... read more
