Somehow the latch on my 10-yr-old Samsung dishwasher broke. Called Sears for repair and got an appointment the next day. Fast! Problem was diagnosed and part was ordered. A few days later, Frank came to install the new part. Frank was on time, polite, and it was clear that he was quite knowledgeable about doing this repair. Frank was great! I’m disappointed. The technician came to fix the freezer section of my refrigerator/freezer. I decided not to go ahead with the repair due to the high cost, but before he left the refrigerator stopped working entirely.
Tim was excellent , very professional and personable and knowledgeable and most of all, Fixed my washer in a very timely manner. I recommend that Tim get a pay raise ( no he didn't know I would make such a recommendation).
