Professional and honest
My family and I had an appointment regarding our washing machine from 8 am until 12 pm and their employee came by at 1:30 pm. They were extreamly rude to my mother and talked down to her like she was some kind of piece of garbage. This employee then proceeded to say they could not repair our washing machine and was also upset we did not have the owner's manual on hand because they did not know how to fix it.
