Jeffrey arrived on time, was efficient, solved my problem, and clearly knew the Samsung product. I’m very pleased with his work.
David was very professional and he fix the problem
He didn’t even look at the refrigerator just asked what was wrong and said it couldn’t be a leak since it was still keeping cool despite the chemical smell and taste we’ve been experiencing for a month at least. Clean it and get baking soda is what I paid $140.00 dollars for. The two stars is because he was on time and pleasant.
Joe was polite and professional. Got the job done and I’m happy he was able to repair my refrigerator!
