Josh went above and beyond helping problem solve issues we were having with fridge. After multiple attempts and months of them sending him parts to fix it, which never worked, he was able to share my frustration on my behalf and helped us to get a new replacement fridge. Thank you Josh! I highly recommend Sears service!
Quick, polite, great worker
This is NOT an evaluation of Scott but of the result (device still does not work). Scott was great and a very competent appliance repair man. Unfortunately, my all-in-one device still does not dry my clothes. I'm returning this piece of crap.
