Our technician was on time, knowledgeable, & professional. He diagnosed the issue & worked fast to remedy it. Thanks to Muhammad we finally have a working fridge.
Zero stars. NEVER use this company! Unreliable, incompetent, provide false pricing information, don't stand behind their quote, canceled 2nd scheduled appointment without reason. Finally arrived for repair without part, only to get part # a second time and advise another service call would be charged after they order part and return again despite Dennis confirming total pricing on the original visit. Terrible customer service.
