I do not recommend this service. We scheduled an appointment for a fridge repair and received a confirmation the night before the service window. This is important because it’s a 3.5 hour drive for us to come here to South Lake Tahoe. We also received a confirmation at 7 am in the morning by text. About an hour into our arrival window, we still had not heard from the technician, so we tried to get an additional confirmation through their web site. A couple of screws were left sitting on the counter above the dryer and I can't get ahold of the technician through the Sears website or phone number to have him return. There appears to be no way to follow up with the technician, thus 1 star.
