Excellent service !!
Tech showed up and did a diagnostic only on ac unit. Unfortunately he did not have a ladder to do the repair so it was transferred. Good tech with good customer service. Only thing I would suggest is to equip techs to do the whole job as I can’t take multiple days off to have techs come in and do the repair.
Very knowledgeable and cancise with what was needed to be replaced. Thank you so much.And upon completion, my snow blower craftsman works perfect.
The technician came and he did the job just fine. But I have a warranty and should not have to pay more than a hundred dollars .
