There was nothing to repair when they come. There was only one window ac that was not working, but they said that it is the responsibility of another company not theirs unfortunately. They told us they will contact the company responsible.

Do not use Sears Home Services (Sears Home Protect) ever. They never answer a call. They have cancelled my appointment 3x before showing up. Only to say "not covered". Apparently they will cover any age appliance but they will not repair it. Horrible customer service. Horrible practices. A rip off in my opinion.
