The warranty company sent sears appllance to repair my ac , after a 10 day wait..the tech was very fast and efficient because he did not have a ladder to access the condenser thats on the 1 st floor of the house....,,,another lazy American company that cant even bring a simple step ladder to the work site...i will cancel and get the Chinese company to fix , they have ladders ........warranty company and sears repair are garbage...taking deposits and no work being performed.
Harel the Sears technician was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional! He took the time to locate the issue with the ice maker and water dispenser and fixed/resolved the problem! Great Sears Technician! I hope to get him again should we have any other issues or repairs needed!!
The repairman was very sufficient & knowledgeable even gave me some pointers to use when repair is needed to replace gaskets on freezer & refrigerator door.
