Keith was wonderful. He arrived on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Keith explained everything to me very well. He answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Thank you Sears for having great customer service.
This was a bit complicated. My washer was fine until it tripped the breaker. I had just paid up on a 3 yr. extended service plan. It had never been serviced. Assurant sent out a Sears A&E tech who looked it over and ordered parts. Unfortunately they could not get back to finish for almost 3 weeks. So the parts came in over time. Meanwhile another tech came out without any prior notice from Bodewell. We determined that it was the door switch that was the problem first.
