Not happy. Waited over 40 days to get a part that they.ordered which was at my home 2 days after it was ordered at the beginning on July. It is now August. Repair was supposed to fix my freezer still not fixed. Refuse to have A&E on my property again.
Great guy who knew what he was doing and did it very well. Was done in timely fashion. Very pleased
Horrifying experience very inappropriate man
John was very nice and professional. He knew immediately what the issue was, got the part ordered, and came back to repair after we received the part. He called ahead both times giving us plenty of notice. I didn’t like that Sears uses AI and has no actual live agents to discuss scheduling with.
Dryer now runs very loud and sounds like it is on a dry bearing. This is how it was left after the 2nd repair. It failed two weeks after the 1st repair. I just called in for the 3rd repair. No other service providers for the warranty I have for the product.
