Details were given by us beforehand, but tech comes with no idea of what he was there to repair. Obvious issues, but tech didn't think it was an issue because he didn't give it enough to show up. Have used them for a while and some of their guys are good, but Sears limits what they are allowed to do.
Not happy. Waited over 40 days to get a part that they.ordered which was at my home 2 days after it was ordered at the beginning on July. It is now August. Repair was supposed to fix my freezer still not fixed. Refuse to have A&E on my property again.
