Several visits and oven still doesn't work correctly. Tech turned oven on, didn't wait long enough to see if it was working correctly, and left the appointment. Tech set it for 250, and after about ten minutes it was only at 100, he obviously didn't care and just left. Tech damaged the floor in two places. John was very polite and timely. But even though he ran a “diagnostic” on the problem, it took 3 different parts ordered and 3 different appointments to get the issue resolved. That part was frustrating! But he apologized and was professional. This is to Sears…you might want to train your employees and maintenance crew to use covers on the machines they are working on.
