The service person did his job as he should. However, setting up the appointments is a nightmare. I have four appliances on the service agreement and the AI person is VERY difficult to deal with for multiple items. The first appointment only had the range included and the repairman waited 45 minutes to see if he could add the other three and take care of it while he was here. Technician isolated trouble to switch on new GE dryer. The dryer is under warranty and I could not have it repaired. I am hoping to have the same tech out to complete repair.
