The technician was very polite, arrived right on time, and was very knowledgeable.
The service through Sears Home Services was the most unacceptable and unprofessional service that I have ever experienced from any technician coming to my home. The technician stated he wasn’t going to touch my washer unless I paid him $450 although I am warranted through American Home Shield who stated I didn’t have to pay the Sears technician anything.
