Blocking out an entire day for a repair technician is ridiculous!! Sears needs to get its act together and at least limit it to a morning block and an afternoon block!! Some of us have jobs that we can’t routinely take two days off to get a washing machine repaired!! One day to diagnose and another to actually do the repair…really!!! Your saving grace is your Tech was awesome!!
