We received excellent customer service. Jeffrey quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part and had our washer working quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend!
Tech never showed up. Emailed me estimate and receipt with a forged signature. I am so angry. I have been without A/C for over a month, and have had to pay for service call as per my warranty three times
