Roger was a friendly guy, but he did not repair our machine. When he arrived, the machine worked on one cycle, but somehow he turned off that cycle. Then he pitched buying a much less expense dishwasher and insuring it with the Sears $75/month insurance. It was a pretty long sales pitch for the insurance, in lieu of an actual repair. Very prompt and friendly. Checked to see what problem was and discussed it.
My experience with Sears Home Repair and my technician, Roger. Sears did a good job of keeping me up to date on his ETA through their website and text messages, the parts needed for the repair were shipped to me before he arrived, and he did a good and thorough job on the repair.
