Don’t use Sears home service for any repair you actually want completed. My appointment was scheduled for today. Roger never showed up but marked I wasn’t home and didn’t answer my phone. Well I was home all day and my cameras show he never came and never once did he call. This is the second time he has lied and said I wasn’t home when he never bothered to come here. Don’t bother trying to call to get any assistance because there’s no human to even speak to. Horrible company
Do NOT try to use Sears Home Services unless you enjoy tearing your own hair out in frustration. You cannot access a person or change details of your appointment. The appointment is made by AI, who got my address wrong. Despite the claim that you can change the address by chat, you are not given an option to do that. I got MANY notifications about my upcoming appointment, and then no one showed up. There is no one to contact to find our what's going on.
