My technician was awesome, he gets 5 stars but the fact that I had to wait over 1 month to get my washing machine fixed was ridiculous. Sears canceled my appointment every week which was unacceptable. It cost me money having to go to the laundry mat every week. Last week when they cancelled it was due to them being short staffed which was not my problem. The turn around time should have been better.

Terrible. Just terrible...... Unable to talk to an individual to specify special instructions. I was required to block off a "full" business day for the appointment. After waiting an entire workday, I was contacted finally by a Technician, after 5:00 PM. The appointment didn't take place after a wasted workday. Very unprofessional organization.
