Overpriced estimate. Estimate was done by phone with some supervisor. No diagnostic equipment used. Never use again.
My technician was awesome, he gets 5 stars but the fact that I had to wait over 1 month to get my washing machine fixed was ridiculous. Sears canceled my appointment every week which was unacceptable. It cost me money having to go to the laundry mat every week. Last week when they cancelled it was due to them being short staffed which was not my problem. The turn around time should have been better.
