Wouldn’t be able to rate the service, they said they couldn’t make it….by text 3 hours before the end of the estimated time frame. My father is elderly and he doesn’t text. I just happened to ask to see his phone when he became concerned that he hadn’t heard anything by 2:30pm. The text that they couldn’t make it came at 2pm. My dad had waited all day. Service was excellent, I was worried at first because of the between 8 am and 5 pm scheduling, but text prompts allayed that worry. Technician was very good and fixed the problem quickly, then explained the problem and gave tips for future home service. He was knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly.
