Service was excellent, I was worried at first because of the between 8 am and 5 pm scheduling, but text prompts allayed that worry. Technician was very good and fixed the problem quickly, then explained the problem and gave tips for future home service. He was knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly.
No service the person has no idea what he is talking about all what he want
First of all his name was Bruce not Sarah. He did not fix our dishwasher and he didn't even try. Said he could not get access. He would not even listen when I tried to explain how to access the machine. Totally uninterested. Very unacceptable service.
