First of all his name was Bruce not Sarah. He did not fix our dishwasher and he didn't even try. Said he could not get access. He would not even listen when I tried to explain how to access the machine. Totally uninterested. Very unacceptable service.
He was awesome, only thing that was odd was having a wad of gum in his mouth
