Juan is super. The system is flawed. AI was confusing and frustrating. One ai text offered an earlier repair date. Three different times I picked the earlier dates but never got one. My frig went out 5-26 Juan came out 6-11, then 6-25, then 6-30, scheduled 7-11 (no show), and finally 7-23. Ai gave me several dates that they adjusted earlier and then sometimes later.
