Tech was extremely helpful and professional. Finished quickly but made sure everything was running smoothly!
The washer is not fixed and this is the tech’s 4th time out here. I have not been able to do laundry in a month and have been spending a fortune at the laundromat, not to mention the days of work I’ve had to miss to stay home during the 8-5 pm time window.. this is not the tech’s fault, as he was a very nice, knowledgeable tech, who cannot figure out what the problem is.
