Our technician Michael, was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding the problem with our refrigerator. He went over everything and explained in detail. We highly commend and thank him. He’s an asset to the Sears Company.
David was very knowledgeable. The problem resolved quickly. Thought the labor charge was high for amount of time and ease to fix.
Would not explain anything. Show up 4 hrs late when called on the way he asked if I was still here. When go out to his van he would leave the front door wide open even after I asked him not to.
