Phil was great. Prompt and polite. Found the issue and got the part ordered. Came back in 2 days, Installed part and tested. Fixed. Good experience with an older appliance.

Did Jonathan fixed my dryer? Yes. Was he within the designated window block of time and close to the designated time? Yes. Did he clean out the dust while working on the dryer? No. I have figured out that this is not something Sears does. They are not “cleaners”. They are repair people. While the parts were disassembled, I asked to clean certain parts of all the lint dust over the years.
