Technician was on time, polite, knowledgable, quick, and kept everything clean. He patiently answered my questions, and was excellent to work with.
I fell for Sears brand name expecting they come with all necessary parts to fix, provided all details upfront. Just took time to visit and not even open single screw and explained same issue that the Emergency technician said to replace valve. The technician is nice, but not having parts or not able to deliver stuff quickly, defeats the purpose reaching out to local technician for repair help.
