Great service received a lit earlier than expected
Terrance was exceptional. He explained and gave visuals to help understand what he had repaired.
I have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired since May. Sears has had 5 appointments to perform the repair of my ice maker. It is rude and unprofessional for Sears to make you wait ALL DAY LONG, from 8 am. and 5 p.m. And then not show at all. Today is the second appointment Sears has failed to show up and failed to email or call to say what the problem might be. You are supposed to wait all day and then NOTHING. Rude! I called him ahead of time and shared I will not be there. I requested to pay with a link prior to him coming to the home. Yet it decided to send the link when he got to the home. Call me without a dignosis stating he will not touch it until I paid. I thought that is not productive for his time or mine! Make more sense to pay at the time you request an appointment or before the tech get there. Plus he started telling me don’t use Amex and listing off forms of payment when I didn’t ask that.
