Do not trust this company, they are scamming people! Someone came to my home to diagnose an oven issue. I paid them $500 in advance to order an igniter and install the part. The igniter never showed up (it's been 3 weeks) and no one will share tracking info. I cannot get in touch with a human when I call customer service so now I have to open a dispute with the credit card company. Do not use them!
Ruben was very personable and put in the parts. Sears contracts out of GE. I am not happy at all with GE. They have very poor communication with their contracting technicians.
