Frank was very nice, knowlegable, and thorough. Unfortunately, it was bad news for us.
Technician did not show up for the third time.
Terrible experience. The technician didn’t even know how to work his volt meter and tried to convince me that half of the outlets in my house didn’t work. He then told me I needed to call an electrician instead of looking at the appliance. I had to take my hairdryer and plug it into the outlets to prove that it my outlets were working. I then had to plug the oven in and turn it on myself to show him that it did in fact have power.
