I feel like I have a brand new dryer! Dan was EXCELLENT: knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything he was doing.
Going on 3rd appointment for them to show up Anand fix my washer. Would not recommend them to anyone unless you are looking for disappointment.
Michael was a great service tech, efficient, pleasant and communicated well. He's a good representative for Sears. However their digital payment app wasn't working and we spent to much time and eleven attempts trying to accept my payment. Apparently there's no backup or alternate payment method. I finally wrote a check but he couldn't accept it; I have to wait to be billed and then mail the check to some non-local location. Michael gets 5 stars, but the payment protocol gets a zero.
