I had the part over a month. They kept insisting it had not shipped! After several calls, they finally scheduled Ken to come out and fix the oven. Great job Ken! No one ever answers the phone. Poor customer service.
The Sears technician (Michael) did a wonderful job fixing the control panel on my dishwasher. On-time, courteous and explaining everything in detail. Great job!
-Technician Did not show up for original scheduled service time between 8:00-9:00 am, I rescheduled a second time and showed up at 1:00pm, diagnosed washer and quoted over $500 for parts and labor, terrible service, just went and bought new washer for $350, thank you.
Refrig-freezer stopped working. We are part of a Sears home repair program (we recommend it). William serviced one appliance last year in July and another this month. He is knowledgeable, competent, and time efficient.
The repair man was great but the AI scheduling was horrible.
