I am surprised to see the good feedback. This is the worst service, been waiting for a repair for central AC and incompetent service techs have come 2 times and didnt order right part and the other tech called today that they cannot come as they dont have the part and gave another date after a week. This is so incompetent. Its been a month and the AC is not yet fixed. (I am coming through choice home warranty) 0- There is also no way to talk to someone at sears about it.
Bernard did a fantastic job! He was very professional and polite, and solved the issue with my dryer is a quick, efficient manner. I will definitely be asking for him if I need any future repairs!
Technician was knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
