I scheduled a repair for my dryer and on the day of service, no technician showed up. If you try to call, they send you through an endless loop of AI call agents that can’t provide any insights or give flatly incorrect information. The online portal they guide you though also provides little to no information. Incredibly frustrating. I’m one to adopt new technology when I can but this implementation screams laziness and cost cutting and denigrates the customer experience.
Excellent Quality Service!
Our Samsung free-standing stove started making frequent ignition / popping sounds when the oven was turned on and we requested service. Tech was able to quickly identify the problem as a faulty gas valve as opposed to an oven ignitor. We discussed the option of replacing the defective part and determined the oven was beyond economical repair due to it's age. The technician provided a quick diagnosis as well the best solution.
