My tech Santos was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He diagnosed the issue with our fridge and we were able to make an informed decision about how to proceed. This was really good next day service.
Service technician was on time and notified me prior to arrival. He immediately knew what the issue was with my dryer, contacted me and resolved the issue on the spot. We are very pleased with the technician’s professionalism and knowledge. We are pleased to have our dryer performance now!

I live on VBSFB. I dont doubt that Sears is good when they show up, but unfortunately they did not for me. I scheduled to have my washer repaired Wednesday. I even put in the notes that it would be on base. I was told the tech would be there between 1-5. 5pm comes and i get a notification that the service was canceled. No explanation, no follow up to reschedule, no communication at all. If you lifl w on base, you may want to explore your options before you choose Sears.
