Repairman arrived in a timely manner on same day requested. He knew the product well and finished the repair in about an hour.
Finally someone came who knew what he was doing, everything seems to finally be right after 4 months of waiting for your service to get my unit completely fixed, Shame we went all summer without our AC working because you sent someone before who came and left all the wiring out on my unit and didn't fin it.
Scheduled with phone in 1st day and no one came in right time, Scheduled 2nd time but from the site no one came. Very disappointing and waste of your time.
He was very nice and went right to work.
