Absolutely horrible customer service. You can expect to talk to AI and then get a tech come out that doesn't want to be working and doesn't know the first thing about communicating personally or communicating at the most basic level, period. On the positive side, booking the appointment was relatively simple, considering you're talking to an AI agent the whole time.
