Awesome tech he explained everything he was doing and what he found when he finish plus gave me some extra tips on things to do for preventive maintenance
AI was terrible. Requested the same info multiple times and gave me incorrect arrival times. I provided my model number but it was not forwarded to the service tech. When he arrived I was told parts were not available for my model. I was still required to pay for the service call.
The worst appliance repair company in the world. Gave the operator the make and model of ice maker twice, and when the jerk arrives, after going to the wrong address, he tells me they don't service this brand. He then proceeds to tell me how to call the manufacturer and ask for parts so that I can fix it. After that he demands a service call fee of $136.00, and doesn't leave until I pay for it online.
