The worst appliance repair company in the world. Gave the operator the make and model of ice maker twice, and when the jerk arrives, after going to the wrong address, he tells me they don't service this brand. He then proceeds to tell me how to call the manufacturer and ask for parts so that I can fix it. After that he demands a service call fee of $136.00, and doesn't leave until I pay for it online. Awesome service today.Frank was great.
Francis was effective and determined to find the cause of our faulty furnace. He explained the problem and gave us advise for the future. We were very pleased and appreciative of him. Our insurance covered the fee after the deductible.
