If I could give negative stars, I would. We have now been without a washing machine for two months since the first technician came out. When the machine broke, we contacted American Home Shield (AHS) and they scheduled Sears Home Services (SHS) for a week out. A technician arrived as scheduled. He got out of his truck, left it running, and came into the house to diagnose the washer. My only complaint would be that he could not find anything wrong. I know there was an issue as the water kept running on the rinse cycle and the tub would not fill up and then go to the spin cycle!
