In and out very quickly. Had correct part with him. Ice maker replaced and back working perfectly. Winfred was quiet, personable and knowledgeable. Good experience.
I was told he would come 8-5 and he showed up at 7. I paid $65 through my warranty company and was told my AC is fine it just has a clogged drain line. Mohammed told me he would need and $69.99 to unclog the drain. I told him my warranty covers clogged drains and he refused to even check. Then when they closed the claim they stated they couldn’t do the job the warranty company needed to send out a plumber and they refused to give me my $65 back. Don’t trust Sears they are highway robbers.
Mark was efficient and honest and helpful.
