Do not use Sears Appliance Repair. Having the name'Sears' sounded legit, but I consider the service I received a scam. I was required to pay for the diagnostic service, replacement part, and repair labor up front. My 5yr old Maytag washer started working again, so I cancelled the repair. It took over 4 months to be reimbursed for the repair that did not occur. I had to go through my credit card company and file a complaint because Sears reported that they performed the repair. I was extremely pleased with the service I received on my Samsung refrigerator. I appreciated the text updates and reminders. Our technician Steve was the best! Courteous, knowledgeable, professional, personable , prompt, and fixed my problem in a timely manner. I couldn’t find a local Company to work on my Samsung fridge and crossed my fingers in using Sears repair. I can recommend them with the highest confidence and even bought the warranty program for up to 12 appliances!! Very pleased 😃
