SCAM Do not use - Would give negative stars if I could. Cortez came out said part needed to be replaced on my dishwasher and had to pay for part and service up front $450.00. Part delivered late so apt was pushed out. Then they scheduled a time to come out between 8-5 3 days later didnt get an updated time so called and finally got 3:30 then it went to 5:00 and at 5 rescheduled the apt another 5 days! Do not use - ordered a part, delivered late so apt was pushed out. Then they scheduled a time to come out between 8-5 and at 5 rescheduled the apt another 5 days! Made me pay up front for the parts and labor! Horrible!
