Nice enough guy but wouldn't recommend. Came out to look at a washing machine that had stopped draining and stated it was the board and would cost almost $800 to fix almost half of that would be labor fees...so naturally I declined, makes more sense to invest in a new washing machine. I learned today from a former Sears worker that is what happens they come out and say an outrageous fee to fix so you just pay them $129 fee and if you use their service that they make it a long drawn out process....Steve stated he had drained ... read more
The technician could not repair our LG stove due to LG not providing Sears service with the schematics and parts of our stove. He was very nice and professional but could not solve the problem.
