He was great. I wanted to give him a five but you’re online survey gave me a one no way he was a five.
We scheduled and confirmed appointments twice on our days off. Both times they no-showed while we stayed home all day waiting on them. Not only did they no-show but they never notified us they weren’t coming. To make matters worse, you can’t talk to a human being to get an update. All you can do is call their phone line and get an automated message that isn’t accurate. Absolutely the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. Now we’ve been without a working washer for 2 weeks.
Will use service again.
