The technician was very knowledgeable and he did a super job. I would recommend him anytime to anybody.
Cortez is an excellent repairman and fixed our oven. The entire process took 29 days and was impossible to get updates from a human. All correspondence is made with AI. The first repairman didn’t diagnose the right part. He was lazy and didn’t even take apart the oven. He just pushed buttons and made a decision the entire control panel needed to be replaced. Associate was nice and helpful. I could proceed with the repair except that the first visit for diagnostic was charged making the labor almost as expensive as the parts.
