Sears/Transformco can use many more experienced professionals like Ahmed. Please note: if the maintenance person, a few days earlier, had diagnosed and resolved the problem as Ahmed did, Sears/Transformco would have saved some unnecessarily replicated fees and we would have saved some precious time.
