Cornelius s., the technician was on time, friendly and efficient. He replaced parts and showed us that the microwave was working properly and we are once again enjoying the convenience of having a working microwave.
Zero stars if I could. All I have to say is this guy needs some sexual harassment training. What do you mean by asking a woman in her home alone if she likes it dirty as she’s trying to make the space clean.. unprofessional.

Cornelius was great. He discovered the problem and went about fixing it. He helped clean all the ice from the freezer & explained everything that needed to be done. Very friendly & he did a great job!
