This service issue started about a month ago. We have NEVER ONCE spoken to a live person to explain the issue regarding our GE profile oven. There is only an AI response/scheduler. Because of this, we have had cancellations (pleural !) for our scheduled service calls and threatened cancellations for lack of confirmation for the service calls????. The only reason we selected Sears for the potential and I should at this point say POSSIBLE REPAIR, is we purchased the double oven from Sears when there were LIVE PEOPLE working at... read more
I had a great experience with Edwin from Sears Home Services. They quickly had the problem fixed. What stood out was their attention to detail. They adjusted the legs so the machine wasn’t off-balance. Edwin was friendly throughout the visit. Highly recommend!
