How can you Asked to complete the survey when he did not complete the service. I don’t believe the service is completed. He is supposed to fix the ice dispenser. The ice dispenser is still not working.
Junny is AN AMAZING SEARS TECHNICIAN!! He has been to our home, servicing our refrigerator since 2011.. I hope Sears realizes GREAT EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM.. He has always met the needs of our concerns and I I'mknow he has been with Sears for over 20 plus years. I truly hope he is paid well since he is an AMAZING employee.. He is always professional and has a care for our home, he is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and leaves our home clean. Please make sure he gets a raise since he is a Great REPRESENTATIVE of the Sears brand..
