Excellent diagnosis and quick complete repair work . Went to use washer this evening and found pump not removing water from wash cylinder,and shuts down. Need to reschedule another appointment to get washer working again.
They didn’t fix it, said they don’t make the part anymore and supervisor said will not replace even though I have warranty for many years. Warranty people agreed and was going to send that supervisor he is incorrect and should have a replacement. Nothing yet, they must be waiting for it to stop working totally. The new owner of the sears repairs doesn’t have many repair people. Took how many weeks to get an appointment!!!
I am very disappointed with your appointment scheduling!! I couldn't wait any longer for another Rescheduled appointment!! It has been 4 weeks since my washer was leaking. Each scheduled appointment, I waited from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Then, I was notified that the technician will come between 5-6 pm. At 6:00 pm, I get a message saying I need to reschedule another appointment two weeks later. I reschedule another appointment and then the same thing happened at that scheduled appointment!!
