Sears charged $139.00 for a diagnosis that wasn’t correct. The repairman diagnosed the problem as a broken water pump. He wanted to charge $600 to replace it! I used my shop vac, got all the water out and went to YouTube! Changed the water pump and that wasn’t the problem! I described the issue to Gemini with the washer entering the wash cycle and stopping. AI states the issue is with the actuator motor! A $27.00 part that I’ll get from Amazon tomorrow!
