The service technicians that repaired my unit where great getting the parts needed and doing the work. However, the person that scheduled the appointment didn't know what they were doing. I got three confirmation emails saying my appointment was Tuesday, Noevember 23 between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. They had me waiting didn't show up and when I called they said my appointment was November 29. The wouldn't come on that day they stated and we had no heat.
