Sears no longer hires humans. They only have AI agents. Why do I want to talk to an AI agent? I do NOT! I was calling to join the appliance program, but they no longer hire humans. Not loyal to humans. Only care about profit.
Simon was awesome he took care of the problem that was not fixed the first time and went above and beyond to resolve the situation.
Tom did an excellent job of replacing the motor to the refrigerator’s evaporator fan. He ran into some unusual difficulties but he overcame these problems with diligence and expertise.. He is very honest and has a great personality.
