The technician was fantastic. Was not happy with Sears rescheduling this 3 times, especially when I have to take time off work to be present.
I went online to American Homeshield Warranty to put in a repair request for my gas clothes dryer. They immediately secured a repairman and scheduled an appointment. They texted me when to expect him and Simon ( the repairman) called 30 minutes before he arrived! He checked my dryer and within 10 minutes he had it fixed! Amazing! I highly recommend Simon! He was courteous, pleasant and fast!
Great customer service explaining what was wrong with our refrigerator/ freezer. He gave us Great advice on options to repair or replace.
Don't use unless you want to waste so many hours of work that you could have just paid for a brand new one with all the lost hours. Terrible no show company.
