He was pleasant explained everything throughly and was neat. Great personality
Technician was more worried about selling me the warranty. Kept giving all kinds of different pricing. Pricing seemed to keep changing. Said no guarantee on repair. On the portion I paid with credit card it says there is a 30 day guarantee. Did not get receipt for the other part of payment.
