Very nice explained everything to me what was going on what happened? What needs to be watched or taken care of on regular basis to keep my GE appliance running properly for a long time very professional. Pleasure to meet and would ask if I ever had any issues with this appliance or another one that I have warranty through this company that he came to fix it.
Mark was nice and polite but was not helpful. He could not diagnose the issue.was only guessing at the cause. Seemed like he was being rushed by the person on the phone. Felt like I was being quoted high so that I would decline and he could move on.
