Clark did a great job! Friendly and professional. He was on time, courteous, and returned when promised.
The service tech Clark was great. His knowledge of mechanics of our washer proved to me that we would not have any future issues. The gears that shredded was the fault of a nut that worked itself loose after many loads of laundry. I would have thought that the factory would use a lock washer but that's life. Clark handled the issue professionally and quickly so we could get to the pile of clothes that needed to be laundered.
This is what I would refer to as the greatest service call. I called Sears at 1am; they set up an appointment for the same day, between 8-noon. The serviceman arrived at 9am. If they had let him know my address earlier, I would have been his first stop because he lives nearby. I have been a Sears Service customer for over 20 years. There have been literally no instances of missed service calls or late arrivals. They are the go-to people.
Angel is wonderful. She is a asset to the company. She to care of the problem on hand. The water here is hard so the service I pay is great.
