Great Help. Overpriced. Glad to get my old Kenmore oven repaired with just a new ignitor. The first tech correctly diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. Took 4 days to arrive. Was charged 3 times what I could get it for on Sears Parts Direct. When it came in the mail a second tech came and installed in less than 30 minutes. Both techs were excellent and friendly. First of all, no work identification, no name tag, no work truck, just his car. He didn’t even take it apart to see if there was a problem. He turned the stove on, it worked and he said we need a new part but Sears did not carry the part we needed. There is no number for Sears customer service. This is the first time Sears home repair has let me down.
The technician who came to my home was very competent and professional. The experience with AI in order to obtain the service was TERRIBLE!!! The 1 star is due to the AI experience.
