Terrible experience. Always thought that Sears was a reliable name for appliance repair but from start to finish (we're not even finished and it's been 3 weeks), it's been terrible. There is NO ONE to contact except an AI that is unreliable at best. It would make appointments then send out texts asking a question, which we would respond to, and then... nothing. They were good at getting to my home in a timely manner, but after two visits by different technicians, they haven’t fixed my dryer.
Abel is an expert in his knowledge of appliances. He was very efficient in the use of his time; even took time to explain the causes of our refrig problem when we asked.
Roy was extremely knowledgeable about my machine. He repaired it perfectly and timely. It's an older machine and he knew everything about it.
