Your technician Bruce is fantastic at what he does. Very friendly and super knowledgeable. Figured out the problem immediately and got it fixed on his second visit (since they don't stock parts with him). Our problem is with the service and the time required for them to send him or anyone out. Unit is still not working correctly Tech came and replaced the thermostat. It never registered the proper temperature. The AC unit does not come on unless the fan is manually moved. Tried to speak to someone, only get an automated system. Tech left no contact information. Clearly did not repair the system.

Very knowledgeable and found the issue to my problem.
Worse experience l have ever had. Put a service request in on 07/14/25 paid my $100.00 for first visit my washer needed a pump since they then have taken another warranty payment of $59.00 and today 08/12/25 no repair has bee made. Have had 3 appointments scheduled all have been rescheduled no technician to service my area, today is my 3rd. service date 8/12/25 rescheduled repair man had a emergency. This is my 4th appointment they have rescheduled. And the appointments are scheduled for weeks later. And l never got one call... read more
