The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything!
Really knowledge technician and on time
The technician could fix it but it was under warranty..our machine is Maytag and Maytag sucks for service but this Sesrs Appliance was helpful and at least helped get the washer open and the water drained. Appreciate the work they were able to do.
