Service was very good
We called because our gas dryer would turn on and spin, but not heat. For $317 repair, it heated again and dried clothes. Two weeks later, we're back where we started: drier spins but no heat. No real person available to talk at 10 AM on a Monday, just an AI agent who tells us to make another appointment. So we might have to pay again for the same thing that was just repaired... no guarantee. Feels like money out the window.
Leroy was professional, seemed knowledgeable and provided explanations as he completed the repair. Feel free to send him again should we need future assistance. Thanks!
Great technician every thing else 0 worst experience I’ve had
