Technician was very knowledgeable and professional
I called Sears Appliance Repair late in the evening when I discovered my fridge (and freezer) weren’t cooling and the food would likely spoil. I had the technician, Jesse, show up promptly the next morning and attend to it. While unfortunately, the fridge couldn’t be fixed, Jesse provided some valuable advice about purchasing a new fridge.
