the repair man did an excellent job on the repairing my washer but I was not satisfied with not being able to talk with an agent also I had to make arrangement because of the delay that it took for the repair work I really lost money .
The Repair person was on time very aware of what The problem was with the washing machine And was able to repair it with No problem
