Bryan was informative, prompt and very helpful! Would recommend asking for him Excellent customer service.
This guy came to here and he just diagnosing to the WhatsApp problem and he say I want to order the part so you get paid money, then I can place the order and fix, so I said no. I like this when you fix the cooler, then I can pay you.
Sharif was extremely professional, personable, and efficient during both his visits.
Tried to call to speak with a cs rep... all I could get was an AI rep that wouldn't send me to a real person because "they" couldn't answer the question I had... guess they won't get my business if they can't take the time to answer a phone.
