In mid January of 2025 we signed up for a service plan to repair our dryer. A technician was sent out within a week to find out the problem, the parts were ordered, and we paid the estimated fee. The part was ordered 2 additional times because it was returned to sender because my name and address was incorrect despite my calls to sears each time after I received alerts that the address and my name was wrong.
