Both of the reps, the one who analyzes ( Josh), and today's tech, John, did a great job! Very professional and did their work quickly. The best that I have had out here for appliance services in 3 years! I highly recommend your services.
Fast, professional
The worst repair "attempt" I have ever been involved in. 6 times the tech has come to my house and over two months and $800 and the ice maker still doesn't work. He admitted on the last visit that he could not fix the issue. I have not been able to get any refund. This is absolutely a scam. NEVER use this service!!!!!
A technician has come out 4 times, performed diagnostics, and found the ice maker needed repair (it wasn't working). I have had to take off work 4 times to meet him at the house. A month later it still does not work. Almost $700 later the ice maker still does not work. Now I have to wait for another service call to determine the cause of the problem.
