Tech was here less than an hour and said the washer was ten to fifteen years old when it was one to two years old, the repair charge of seven hundred dollars was almost twice the original price of the washer. Next time I will just buy another washer. It would have been cheaper. Second came out and said the first tech did not diagnose the problem and just threw a part in, and that he couldn't take it back since it had already been installed.
