They came out three different times and didn’t fix the issue. No communication at all. When you call you are stuck on a AI call that will not give you any straight answers. They kept sending people that didn’t have the right tools to work on my AC…I took three different days off work for them to come out and nothing was fixed. The last time the guy didn’t even come inside just said “oh I don’t know how to work on this unit” and left! Do not use this company if you want something fixed.
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about his work.
He was very friendly and very efficient and answered all my questions would recommend to anybody he was great
