Choice home service recommended them and brought them to me. They charged me my service fee and diagnosed my problem with my A/C unit. Alex replaced my motor and capacitor and everything worked fine. Great service and excellent professionalism. Thanks for having Choice home warranty, only had to pay $85.00 out of pocket cost.
This is the worst company ever. I waited all day for a scheduled appointment. My schedule was from 8am to 5pm. I called all day to see when the tech was coming. At 5:06pm- I received a text stating that they had problems with scheduling technicians. This is unacceptable. These people had the entire day to call me to let me know they were not coming. Then they had the audacity to ask me to cancel the appointment AFTER the scheduled time has passed. Never will I contact this company again and suggest you don’t either. Pathetic... read more
Daryl was professional as he presented himself, he was very thorough and precise in finding out what was wrong with our AC and making the necessary pairs. Outstanding service. We'll done. Our family is cool again. Thank you, great service , great company.

Choice warranty called them out. Technician gave us great advice about the replacement of our a.c. He also gave reasons for his answer. After the initial call, it took a week to come out. That was the only downside and that I give 4 stars. But overall 5 stars. So we suffered in the heat. It also only took Daryl less than 15 minutes to get the a.c up and running again .
