Very knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Only downside is the price of Labor which is basically half of what you’re paying for.
The good part was that they were more available to quickly get to my repair. The tech was prompt & polite. The bad part was the constant AI interactions and the confusing pricing. The worst part was that the repair lasted 31 days before the same issue happened, and they guarantee their work for 30 days.
Tech Daryl and Alex were 5stars but service time from date of claim to repair date was terrible. Out of air for appx 3wks. Unacceptable
