Let me first start by saying this was a Choice Warranty Home claim. Your tech Daryl came out the first time on June 19, 2025. I informed him the unit had been shutting off after running for a few hours. I would turn the thermostat off and wait several hours and turn it back on. Sometimes it would come back on. The day Daryl came it happened to be working so he said he couldn’t “fix it” because it was working. The next day it stopped working again.
