David from Sears promptly identified my dryer issue and repaired it within a half hour. He was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this local Sears branch for future appliance repair needs.
Would give zero stars if possible. They DO not have a store. Tech came out for dishwasher repair, took kick plate off and said it was an electric issue and to call electrician. Our electrician (trusted and never had issues with them) said there is no electrical issues and full power is going to dishwasher. Now I am out $177 from this company and they didn’t do a single thing. Trying to make sure everyone knows this company is a scam. Can not call and talk to anyone, fake addresses in columbus and Phenix city.
This was a rip off. I do not like the service that I received.
David came to replace a part in our dryer. The initial technician misdiagnosed the problem but David made the correct diagnosis in minutes. I picked up the part locally and he returned the next day to complete the repair. David is a professional! He is knowledgeable, polite and makes your problem easy to understand.
Excellent service and Great communication. I recommend to everyone Sears Appliance Repair.
