Rudy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my dryer was not repairable, but I appreciated that he researched all options confirming no parts were available.
Absolutely horrible experience. My window was 8-12pm. Technician showed up at 1:45pm with no warning that he was going to be after the given window. Van was the name of the technician who showed up in a small SUV with only a backpack for repairs and he was rude from the moment he walked in my door. After looking at my fridge for literally less than 1 minute he used his phone to tell me repairs would be $1200 (which is basically the cost of a brand new fridge).
