Mark was very professional and helpful! Gave great advice and didn't waste our time.
I think there's a good reason that this model of GE washer/dryer model is no longer made--it has an incredibly difficult access panel. Matthew went above and beyond to ensure that my dryer was fixed. Thank you, Matthew!
Mark took his time and did a very good job. However, since our refrigerator was so old, he indicated that they didn't make part for it anymore. We were looking to get our ice & water dispenser fixed. It was worth the shot since the fridge still works.
