Terrible experience. Cannot speak to a live person. Talking and texting an AI bot. The technician called me and told me without even coming to my house or looking at the washing machine that it was going to be very expensive because I did not have the Sears home warranty, and that I should use his own business after hours because it won’t be so expensive. I canceled immediately before the technician could come to my house and rip me off. Red flag and won’t use this company or the technician’s side business.
Service was fantastic. Mr. King was very amiable and no question, he knew what he was doing and wasted no time making the necessary repairs. This was a Kenmore gas range repair.
The repair person was kind, but your sears service is truly so poor and very unprofessional and unreliable
