Our tech, William was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable and on time. 5 stars for him. Taking away two stars for the AI scheduling and AI customer service. No way would I buy an extended service package when I can never talk to a human.
Your technician was superb. Polite and professional. The major problem is scheduling for service. I had to call 7 Live agents to get my appointments. Your stupid AI kept canceling my appointments. And talking to a live person is a chore anyway. I don't want to talk with a computer. It took 2 weeks to finally get a appointment and repair. Extremely poor customer service in getting appointments. Dump that AI garbage.
I do not recommend this company because it took them three days to get part to fix my dryer and was never on time
