The technician never came to our house he closed the appointment just like he always does his name is Hector
My service appointments was rescheduled 4 times after waiting from 8am-4pm eaxh time. I would receive a call at the last minute informing me that my appointment had to be rescheduled, because no technician was available in my area. Very disappointed with the amount of time it was rescheduled.
