Jules did a great job On checking our washer and dryer. He was professional and courteous.
Standard price for diagnostic is $149. If repair cost more than a replacement no deals or discount offered .However Service person was Very professional and knowledgeable
Steve was great! Came and installed my new Samsung ice maker. Very nice and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure about the whole Sears AI stuff but you can chat with a live agent. They ordered the part came in 2 days and installed the next all in 1 week. I am very susceptible to having people do work in my house but Sears and the Tech got the job done. Thank you!
Was on time and helpful even though the freezer cannot be repaired
